These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RIZIG platform, including the mobile application and website at rizig.com (the "Service"), operated by RIZIG ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@rizig.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Data solely to provide the Service to you. We will not access, use, or share Your Data except as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscription and Billing

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues through the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will be deactivated. You may request export of Your Data within 30 days of cancellation.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and content (excluding Your Data), is owned by RIZIG and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RIZIG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RIZIG harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Service or other users. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
